      Ability to change location or location+quantity for Open/Unopen Order

      Requirements/Scope:

      1. User should be able change/delete/add location in Open order
        Use cases : Location change

      Approach:
      There are to options:
      1. Update existing pieces and items
      2. Delete existing pieces and items with some restrictions
