    Description

      Overview: Encumbrance not deleted when order/order lines are deleted

      Note: we may need to include a migration script that deletes transactions that are no longer connected to a POL. This could have a dangerous impact on budget values.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
      2. Create an order
      3. add POL with at least 1 fund distribution
      4. Open order
      5. delete POL

      Expected Results: Order line is deleted along with encumbrance(s), expected Pieces and On-order items.

      Actual Results: Encumbrances are not deleted and remain in the transaction list. These can no longer be release or otherwise disencumbered.
