Number of order transactions have to be greater than 0 upon poLine update

.Overview:
Once we create and open order with poLine and then try to update paymentStatus to 'Fully Paid' together with receiptStatus 'Fully Received' then we get next error message
'Number of order transactions have to be greater than 0'

Looks like once we update open poLine we should add additional verification to avoid calling update orderTransactionSummary with value 0

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create an order with poLIne
2) Open order
3) Update poLine with paymentStatus to 'Fully Paid' together with receiptStatus 'Fully Received'

Expected Results:
PoLine should be successfully updated and order should be Closed

Actual Results:
Getting error message: "Number of order transactions have to be greater than 0"
