Title in POL view in order search not hyperlinked when order creates instance

How to reproduce:
Create new order
Create POL for physical material
Do NOT link instance, add title by hand
Create inventory set to "Instance, Holding, Item"
Save and Close
Open order

Actual: When looking at POL view from Order view title does not link to instance. When looking at POL search Title does link to instance

Expected: title always links to instance whether looking at POL in Order search or POL search if POL is connected to Instance
