    Description

      How to reproduce:
      select order app
      create new order
      add POL
      Manually enter title and other bibliographic info
      Fill all required fields
      save and close
      Click open order

      actual: Cannot could not be saved error displays

      Expected: Order is opened and instance is created in inventory
