Description
Overview
MODORDSTOR-109 adds the ability to specify fund distributions as either a percentage or amount. This story builds upon that by explicitly limiting this to either all percentages or all amounts for a given POL. This will greatly simplify processing later on.
If a mix of percentage and amount is provided on creation or update of an order, return an appropriate error message/code.
