Orders App: Ability to assign tags to a Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Order Line (POL)

This story represents backend work for assigning tags to Purchase Order and Purchase Order lines. Front-end development will have the ability to generate query to filter by tags. No additional backend development is needed to filter by tags once this story is complete.

As a librarian using the Orders App
I want to filter my Order and Order line records by tags
So I can easily find Order and Order line records that have that tag assigned.

Requirements

• Implement the backend to support the ability to filter Order and Order line records by tags
• Backend development should support the ability to
  • To filter Order and Order line records by tag(s)
  • To search for Order and Order line records and filter by a tag(s) AND vice versa
  • To apply all filter(s) including tag filter and return Order and Order line records
  • To search and apply all filter(s) include tag filter and return Order and Order line line records.
