Description
Purpose
Purchase order schemas require new properties for bill/ship to addresses.
UIOR-91 is intended to allow user to specify optional bill/ship to addresses.
UINV-6 allows to create the addresses in mod-configuration:

Approach
Add billTo and shipTo properties to purchase_order
- type: string
- format: uuid pattern
The new properties are expected to hold uuid's of the config entries from mod-configuration.
