Description

How to reproduce:

login to folio testing
select order app
create order
add POL and populate title using + to select from existing instance
complete required fields
Open order

Expected: New items are added to existing instance and holding(s) if they exist

Actual: New instance is created for the already existing title

Suggested approach: Use the uuid to identify the instance when it is available. There will be a corresponding FE story created to capture the uuid when user selects instance from inventory.
