    Description

      Overview:
      Renewal information is required by the UI for ongoing orders, but not on the backend. This story is to add validation to mod-orders which would validate the existence of that information when transitioning the order from Pending to Open.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Validation that renewalInterval and renewalDate exist when opening order is in place
      • Unit and API tests are expanded to cover this
