When creating a brief order instance record in Inventory, data on Contributors are not populated

      Description

      Overview: When changes the order status from 'pending' to 'open, and a brief order instance record in Inventory is created, then data on Contributors are not being populated.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in to FOLIO Snapshot, go to orders
      2. Create an order record, with the status being 'pending'
      3. Add item details - e.g.:
        • Resource title
        • Contributor
        • Publisher
        • Publication date
      4. Save the order record
      5. Change the order status to 'Open'

      Expected result:
      An instance record in Inventory is created with following data:

      • Resource title
      • Contributor
      • Publisher
      • Publication date

      Actual result:
      An instance record is created, but Contributor data is missing
