    Description

      Update the mod-orders api tests to execrise the POST/PUT /orders/composite-orders endpoint due to vendor/access provider status validation made in MODORDERS-170.

      • Vendor UUIDs in existing API tests should be changed to prevent an error vendor/access provider not found.
      • API tests for INACTIVE/NON-EXISTING vendor/access provider should be added.
