Description
Overview:
Adjustment information is being moved out of orders and into invoicing. This means we can remove adjustments from purchaseOrder. In addition, the purchaseOrder.totalEstimatedPrice field should be calculated by summing the cost.poLineEstimatedPrice fields for all of the associated poLines.
The calculation is performed upon retrieval of purchase order records.

Acceptance Criteria:
- The schemas and examples have been updated
- Adjustment-related code (calculations, etc.) has been removed
- purchaseOrder.totalEstimatedPrice is calculated as described above.
- Unit and API tests have been updated as needed
