Unable to create PO Line in folio-snapshot.aws.com

Overview: System is not able to create PO Line even when all required fields are filled. Toast error message showing in folio-snapshot.aws.com

How to reproduce:

• Login to folio-snapshot.aws.com
• select orders app
• create new order
• add po line
• fill required fields
• click create po line

Actual: Toast message appears saying the PO line was not created. Edit form is not dismissed

Expected: No error. PO line is added to PO and edit form is dismissed.
