Description
Purpose: Implement endpoint that provides capability of receiving items
The flow should be a combination of the logic described in MODORDERS-103 and MODORDERS-162.
Acceptance Criteria:
- receiving flow is implemented for "P/E mix" order lines
- unit tests are updated
- api tests are updated
Figure out if we need to document receiving P/checking in E, or vice versa. A-M posted question in small group channel
Maybe just have P/E mix at the summary level, and then get into details once you get into the piece screen
