Business Logic: e-Resources, 'Create Item' Flag

    Description

      Overview: When ordering materials with 'electronic' format the user is able to choose whether they want 'item records' in inventory representing these things or not. Ordering physical materials will always result in the creation of item records. Ordering material with the format 'Other' will not result in the creation of item records

      Requirements:

      • If format equals Physical the associated quantities will result in item records
      • If format equals Other the associated quantities will NOT result in item records
      • If format = Electronic and Create Item = True, the associated electronic quantities will result in item records being created in inventory
      • If format = Electronic and Create Item = False, the associated electronic quantities will NOT result in item records being created in inventory

      • Apply the additional business logic described above
      • Update unit tests
      • Update api tests
