Description

Purpose/Overview:
With the improvements made in Iris we can harvest 5.2M records in approx 10h. using marc21_withholdings prefix but when we harvest with marc21 prefix, the harvesting of 1.8M records takes more than 18 hours

Acceptance criteria:

Document findings
Create a required stories
Improve performance so that is comparable or better than harvesting with marc21_withholdings
