Internal Server Error returned on intial load with marc21_holdings metadataPrefix

Overview:
Tested with mod-oai-pmh-3.2.5: - on the initial load when no date parameters are provided and 500 status code is returned
Steps to Reproduce:
Start harvesting with https://<oai-pmh-url>/oai/<apikey>?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=marc21_withholdings

Expected Results:
Response containing first batch of records fulfilling the criteria followed by resumption token.
Actual Results:
Internal Server Error
Additional Information:
I can recreate the issue on rancher and concorde5c environments. The error does not occur when harvesting with from date and with marc21 metadataPrefix
