Move filtering deleted by leader records to the SRS level

    Description

      Due to the absence of certain filtering abilities in SRS API, which are described in MODSOURCE-133 ticket, a couple of tickets are going to be implemented in a way of moving some search conditions from SRS to oai-pmh code, such as:

      • checking deleted records by Leader 05 for MODOAIPMH-108
      • searching for records which are marked as deleted and suppressed from discovery for MODOAIPMH-126

      As soon as MODSOURCE-133 is completed, oai-pmh code should be refactored so that all SRS records search is performed on the SRS level.
