Description
As per MODOAIPMH-105 and https://wiki.folio.org/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=FOLIJET&title=OAI-PMH+architecture+decision+log soft delete for instances, holdings and items was implemented in inventory storage.
Now new views should be addressed in order to filter out the deleted records. These views should be used only for select queries.
To read data from new views for instance, holding and items records API needs to be created.
Acceptance criteria:
- Records can be read from each new inventory-storage view by other FOLIO modules
- Data retrieval should be implemented leveraging the existing PgUtils.getStream function
