Update RMAPITemplate to use new configuration routine

    Description

      Apply new configuration routine to RMAPITemplate, populate context with credential details (credentialsId, credentialsName) so that other services could filter data appropriately.

      Requirements

      • KB credentials are retrieved depending on the current user
      • RMAPIContext is populated with credential details (apiKey/ customerId / url / credentialsId / credentialsName) relevant to the current user

      Acceptance Criteria

      • HoldingsIQ services operate with user related KB only
      • changes covered with unit tests
