Description

Please release mod-kb-ebsco-java for q12020 with revised configuration to use default Load Holdings Service

The default value for
holdings.load.implementation.qualifier=TransactionLoadServiceFacade
should be changed to DefaultLoadServiceFacade

Encountered issues testing with TransactionLoadServiceFacade –
(1)customers with large number of holdings remain in progress (HoldingsIQ issue)
