View Package/Resource record: Display Access status type if an access status type has been created

    Description

      If I have setup access status types in settings > eholdings
      Then display access status type field on selected package and resource records (custom and managed)

      If I assign an access status type on a selected package record
      Then display selected access status type on the view record

      If I assign an access status type on a selected resource (aka title + package) record
      Then display selected access status type on the view record

      If I remove a package from my holdings
      Then access status type is set to default (null)

      If I remove a resource (aka title + package) from my holdings
      Then access status type is set to default (null)
