      On the Create Custom package page display

      • Access Status Type field
      • Field is not required
      • Field is a single select dropdown
      • Default value is null - UI will display "Select an access status type"

      If I click New to create a new custom package
      Then display the field Access Status Type field
      And allow me to change it
