Package | List of Titles | Display assigned resource tags

As a librarian
I want to see what tags I have assigned to a record
So that I can easily review information

Acceptance criteria

Given I assigned a tag [renewal] to a resource
When I view the Package record tied to that resource AND view the list of titles
Then display on each title the tags assigned to that resource
