Description
Backend work is required to support https://issues.folio.org/browse/UIEH-703 – Package: Search within list of titles : Filter by tags only
Current rest api method getEholdingsPackagesResourcesByPackageId which searches for titles within a pckage needs to be extended to support filtering by tags only

Functionality will be similar to work (Filter by tags for resources) https://issues.folio.org/browse/MODKBEKBJ-230
When retrieving list of resources that are associated with tags – need to limit results to only include resources that are part of package that we are filtering within.
Note - record_id in tags table and id in packages table both have format (vendorid-packageid-titleid)
