    Description

      1. Get a list of resources with the tag(s) from the tags table AND sort list by resource name
      2. Using list of record ids, get resource information from the holdings table and any missing record ids then call RM API to get
      3. Grab titleids from resources to paint the results list so we do not display duplicates
      4. Construct response to give back a list of titles (titles response needs less information compared to resource list response)
