- Go to Providers
- Search Chadwyck
- Notice that Proxy setting under Provider Settings takes several seconds to display
- When you click Edit Provider Detail Record, again slight delay in returning Proxy settings
- Same issue is happening when viewing a Package detail record
Need to investigate the reason for the lag time as this is a new issue.
Note: timebox for investigation ~2 days. Decision should be made based on investigation whether to proceed with a fix if it can take longer.
