Spike: Review ResourcesIQ Licenses API

Libraries need to track licenses (or the legal documentation that outlines access duration and rules for how their users may use resources). Currently there is a licenses app (mod-licenses/ui-licenses) under development by another Folio development team. To support license app development, we want to research EBSCO ResourceIQ - License API capabilities to ensure we support key functionality in Folio.

Spike should answer the following questions
1- Any additional configuration needed to integrate with this api?
2- Can you attach a license to an eholdings provider/package/title+package record? IF so, how?
3- If you attach a license at the provider level, is that license returned in a package response? IOW - is there any inheritance?
4- Must a package be selected to attach a license?
5- Can you attach a license to a non-eholdings record? IF so, how?
6- How flexible is the API to add selections to the Status field?
7- How flexible is the API to add custom defined fields? Can it be done per tenant?
