SPIKE: JMeter for creating a Performance Test Plan

Each backend module needs to have performance tests in place by the time of release. We need to create a performance test plan for mod-kb-ebsco-java module that lives here: https://github.com/folio-org/folio-perf-test

This user story is to get an understanding of JMeter and how we can leverage it to create performance tests for mod-kb-ebsco-java.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Get an understanding of JMeter and share the knowledge with the team - add information to Spitfire Confluence page, coordinate with Varun Javalkar for more information.
2. Understand how to leverage JMeter to create performance tests for various endpoints in mod-kb-ebsco-java.
3. Create needed user stories to put together performance tests and publish results.
