Work outside FOLIO. Load GBV sample records which are bound with data into storage

Overview: Create a migration script that converts bound-with relationships from LSB4 to FOLIO Inventory.

Requirements:

• The script has to be used for multiple libraries running LBS4. These libraries will be separate tenants in GBV's FOLIO cluster. Therefore it has to accepts arguments like
  • FOLIO tenant
  • Okapi URL
  • Okapi token

• The script will import a delimited text file (TSV – tab-separated)
• The file has to be processed. During this process, the script will send queries to Okapi and retrive data
• The data retrieved from FOLIO has to be transformed into a data structur that is compliant to the boundWithParts table schema
• The transformed data has to be send back to Okapi
• The operation is being logged in a sensible structure
