[MODINVSTOR-999] Fix Kafka test failures in InstanceStorageTest - FOLIO Issue Tracker

When upgrading to Vert.x 4.3.5 and RMB 35.0.4 we get build failures:

10% of all GitHub Actions builds fail with this message:

  InstanceStorageTest.canReplaceAnInstanceAtSpecificLocation:428    
    Expected: is "UPDATE"   
         but: was "CREATE"

5% of all GitHub Actions builds fail with this message:

  InstanceStorageTest.canUpdateInstanceWithDiscoverySuppressProperty:2678    
    Expected: is "UPDATE"   
         but: was "CREATE"

Fix this by matching the expected Kafka message at any position in the Kafka message stream, not only at the last position.
