    Description

      Overview:

      Memory leaks of io.vertx.core.impl.DuplicatedContext objects were observed when running the check-in-check-out performance longevity test. As a result the CPU utilization kept on rising throughout the test run.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      Run the check-in-check-out test with 20 users for at least 12 hours.

      Expected Results:
      Little to no memory increased during the test run

      Actual Results:
      Memory was consumed but not released.

      Additional Information:
      Heap dump can be provided upon request.
      Looks like this object is referenced in the Kafka call stack.
