Inventory "hierarchy view" doesn't return item notes.

Purpose/Overview:
Inventory hierarchy view response always contains an empty array of item notes.
Requirements/Scope:

1. The item notes array should be returned as any other data.

Acceptance criteria:

• The item notes is presented in the response of the POST request to /inventory-hierarchy/items-and-holdings
