Bugfest. Instance. ISBN, normalized search fails

Overview: Search using ISBN, normalized fails in Bugfest-Iris environment. Regression: UIIN-1312 / UIIN-1313. I can not reproduce in FOLIO Snapshot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO Bugfest Iris as user folio (password: folio)
2. Go to Inventory app, select the search option: - ISBN, normalized and search for "9780525509288"

Expected Results:
Get the instance record: https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/inventory/view/f23ef7a9-46f3-4a93-b75a-c3da869019c3?query=9780525509288&sort=title

Actual Results:
Get no results screen

Additional Information:
In the Bugfest Iris environment:

1. When you do a search in "Identifier (all), then the request URL looks like:
   https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/inventory?query=9780525509288&sort=title
   
2. When you use

• ISBN", the query URL is:
  https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/inventory?qindex=isbn&query=9780525509288&sort=title
  

In today's (4/8/2021) of FOLIO Snapshot, I have updated two sample records, and here I am able to search for the specific ISBN 9780525509288, using the search option - ISBN, normalized – so not sure what is going on here in the Bugfest Iris environment
