Description
Overview: Implement data model 1: One item linked to multiple holdings, with the purpose to support:
Migration path
The bound-with relation is stored in the local ILS LBS4, not in the CBS database. LBS table details:

During migration the relationship can be established by using pamphlet_volume.epn and pamphlet_volume.volume_number in order to link the item with its related holdings. As an alternative the import job could only create holdings records during migration for all records where 209A $i == “c”. The items are generated afterwards from the LBS table pamphlet_volume.
