CBS to FOLIO. Implement Online update path

Overview: Implement data model 1: One item linked to multiple holdings, with the purpose to support:

Online update path

During import from CBS the job shall create one holdings record per EPN (EPN = Holdings ID)
An item record is only created if a barcode is present in the CBS record in 209G $a (EPN = Item ID)
CBS records without a barcode won’t create item records in CBS
Question for small working group: Would this be a good approach for all records without a barcode in CBS or only if 209A $i == “c” (bound-withs)?
