Settings page. Inventory > Instances > Alternative title types. Add Variant title

Purpose: Early implementers (Chalmers) and The Instance for MARC working group asks for having the Variant title type added as a FOLIO default reference value.

NOTE: This old story has become a bug, while Data Import is mapping this data coming from MARC tag 247 into a reference value, which does not exist. This story we will try to fix in parallel with MODINSTOR-389 (a whish from abreaux)

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Settings > Inventory > Instances >
   • When click on Alternative title types
   • Then the list has a new value
     • Variant title
     • Source: folio
     • Last updated data (from the metadata component)
     • Actions (edit pen, waste basket)

Adding Uniform title was a 2 story point ticket. This story is similar (MODINVSTOR-350)
