Wait for POC of Elastic Search: Slow search in Instances when filtered on createdDate

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com

2. Go to Inventory app

3. Filter Instances on "Date Created" -> I entered the same date 
2021-02-26 to 2021-02-26
4. Hit Apply
 
Observations:
Response time is ~3 minutes (Note that this varies based on the size of data - we've noticed that for 1mil instances it takes ~23s)

Attached are the DB logs that provide information about queries that are taking quite some time to execute
 
Expected results:
Response comes back quickly in ms
 
Actual results:
Takes ~3min which is highly dependent on volume of data
