Searching for title and barcode excludes instances without holdings or items

    Description

      At the moment, when item.barcode is included in searching (as was implemented in the UI in UIIN-59 any instances which don't have at least one holding and item are excluded from the results.

      Given that the default view uses a search which includes barcode, this means that newly created instances are always hidden.
