Instance searching (including barcode) should only list each instance once

    Description

      When searching for instances using a query similar to below, the same instance will appear multiple times if there are multiple items

      (title="*" or contributors adj "\"name\": \"*\"" or identifiers adj "\"value\": \"*\"" or item.barcode="*") sortby title
