Add 'Aged to lost' status to allowed item statuses list

    Description

      When aging a loan to lost, an item's item status will change to "Aged to lost." This ticket represents the work needed in mod-inventory-storage to support that new status. This is the same work as was done by Bohdan Suprun for "Lost and paid" status (MODINVSTOR-494).
