Settings page. Inventory > Instances > Alternative title types. Add Uniform title

Purpose: Early implementers and PO for Data Import asks for having the Uniform title type added as a folio default value, and have the uniform titles accurate and consistent mapping of this Alternative title type.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to Settings > Inventory > Instances >
   • When click on Alternative title types
   • Then list has a new value
     • Uniform title
     • Source: folio
     • Last updated data (from the metadata component)
     • Actions (edit pen, wast basket)
