Can't create instance in Inventory: ERROR: in module @folio/inventory, operation POST on resource 'records' failed, saying: Failed to fetch

Steps to repro:

1. Log into folio-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to Inventory
3. Click New to create new Instance
4. Add title
5. Click save
6. System tells you to add resource type
7. Select one
8. Click save
9. Nothing happens
10. Close out of create record view using X in upper left and try again
11. This time after filling out the required fields and clicking save an error displays

Expected: Should be able to create instance without error

Actual: Can't save new instance and error is thrown the second time you try to create a new instance: ERROR: in module @folio/inventory, operation POST on resource 'records' failed, saying: Failed to fetch
