      holdingsStatements changes from array of string to array of objects on the form

      { "statement": " a statement", "note": " a note" }

      This change requires that ui-inventory adapts its holdings detail view and edit form to the new structure.

      It furthermore requires version and dependency updates as specified for multiple breaking mod-inventory-storage changes in MODINVSTOR-209.
