Extend holdings record, breaking changes

      Change holdingsStatements : from array of strings to array of objects (UIIN-234): MODINVSTOR-228

      Remove electronicLocation : replaced by electronicAccess (UIIN-236) this will render the reference table `platforms` obsolete: MODINVSTOR-227)

      Disallow additional properties: MODINVSTOR-229

      Remove obsolete reference table `platforms` MODINVSTOR-226

      The three first issues are breaking changes to the holdingsRecord schema and as such the will require:

      • Upgrade version of holdings-storage to v3.0
      • mod-rtac should add v3.0 of holdings-storage as an alternate dependency (currently depends on version "1.2 2.0")
      • mod-circulation should add v3.0 of holdings-storage as an alternate dependency (currently depends on version "1.2 2.0")
      • mod-inventory should add v3.0 of holdings-storage as an alternate dependency (currently depends on version "1.2 2.0")
      • looks like ui-users, ui-requests and ui-checkin might have undeclared dependencies on holdings-storage (shows up in grep of source currently checked out on my box for those modules)
      • mod-patron should add v3.0 of holdings-storage as an alternate dependency (currently depends on "1.2 2.0")

      NOTE: This dependency analysis ^ continues in MODINVSTOR-231
