New structure for "alternativeTitles", add reference table

    Description

      Change the structure of "instance.alternativeTitles" from array of strings to array of objects of the structure

      ( "alternativeTitleTypeId": string, "alternativeTitle": string )

      Add reference table of alternative title types with following entries:

      # - No type specified
0 - Portion of title
1 - Parallel title
2 - Distinctive title
3 - Other title
4 - Cover title
5 - Added title page title
6 - Caption title
7 - Running title
8 - Spine title

      Charlotte will talk with the MM-SIG re. it the list should be in MARC 246, 2nd indicator order as shown above OR in alphabetic order:
