JSON Schema for MARC does not specify items for the 'fields' array

    Description

      As discussed in the comments to MODGQL-40, the JSON Schema for MARC records at https://github.com/folio-org/mod-inventory-storage/blob/master/ramls/marc.json#L11-L14 includes the specification:

          "fields": {
      "type": "array",
      "minItems": 2
    }

      This is technically acceptable JSON Schema, but surely can't be what we want to say here?
