User with certain permissions can not add invoice line

Preconditions : User with permissions to view/edit/create Orders and order Lines, view/edit/create Invoices and Invoice Lines, permission "Invoice: Approve invoices" is logged in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an order and PO line.
2. Create Invoice.
3. For Invoice created in Step 2 add line from POL created in Step 1.

Expected result: Invoice line is added to created invoice.

Actual result: Error message appears, invoice line is not added to invoice.
