    Description

      Overview:
      Implement the basic business logic endpoint for listing/searching invoices

      Approach:

      • Calls GET /invoice-storage/invoices passing the limit, offset, lang, and query arguments as provided.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Unit test coverage on new code is at or above 80%
      • the GET /invoice/invoices has been implemented according the description above
      • API tests have been updated moved to MODINVOICE-43 - see comments
